Ginger Smith has been a Rupert resident for about three months. She grew up in Oakley and loved growing up there. After attending Ricks College and Utah State University and being married she returned to raise her five children. Ginger loves all things outdoors from camping and hunting to boating and fishing. She loves all sports, football being her favorite. Her hobbies include attending her kid's sports activities, serving in her church, working out, gardening and hanging out with her husband, Gareth. She is super excited to be the new director and is looking forward to serving the community the very best she can. Her energy and personality are perfectly matched to her position as the new director here.
Emily is a certified Zumba instructor. Her passion for group fitness started when she lived in Florida for seven years, and she’s happy to bring that passion for Rupert. Emily is the proud mom of two kids and loves spending time with them!
Sarah has been teaching fitness classes for over ten years. Sarah is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has received certifications in High Fitness, Zumba, Step Aerobics, and Pilates. When Sarah isn’t at the gym she loves to spend time with her family and be involved in the community.

Freedom BANG(TM) and the evening Boxing Bootcamp classes are taught by Stacy Shaw. She brings positive energy to each class, and motivates participants to push themselves, never quit, and have fun! Stacy is all about the one on one experience with each of her class members, ensuring individual confidence and growth on a personal level.
Alisha takes fitness to a whole new level in 360⁰ Total Body and the morning classes of Boxing Bootcamp. Utilizing muscle confusion with a mix of HIIT, cardio, body weight, and weightlifting exercises, she provides the ultimate calorie burn. Alisha's creative and strategic classes drive gym members to reach their goals and leave them wondering what she has up her sleeve for their next class!
Emily is a certified trainer in the art of Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Shalene was born and raised in Rupert; she and her husband Jeff settled back in this area to raise their 5 busy children. Shalene loves all aspects of fitness and likes to incorporate weight training, cardio, cross-training and mobility in her workouts. She loves working with the members of the MC Fitness and Community center and seeing their progress and determination.
Telea loves all things fitness! She has been sharing her enthusiasm for fitness with everyone around her and helping people with their fitness goals. Her BARRE class incorporates a hybrid combination of ballet-inspired movements with Pilates, Dance Yoga, and Strenth Training. She also enjoys keeping her class accessible to everyone by offering alternatives to keep it achievable for the beginner, but challenging enough for the most advanced participant!
