Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation and results! HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.
Riding uphill on a flat surface? You'll have that experience during the interval training in this class. It is challenging your muscles that build strength. Cycling is a great way for those who don't like to run to build strong shapely legs and "rear" in a short period of time.
