Body Shock is what it says, it is intended to shock your body's muscles, (sometimes called muscle confusion) and it really works! This is a nationally known fitness program for those who are serious about developing strength, flexibility while toning muscles. Shannon has been training others for years and no two days are the same. The music changes, the exercises change and so do you. Vinyassa Flow is a form of yoga that incorporates smooth flow between poses and has both mental and physical benefits. Mentally the synchronized breathing relaxes the mind and helps to release blockage of energy flow throughout our bodies. Physically the sweat releases toxins and re-energizes our bodies. You will gain flexibility and strength and mental and physical balance. While yoga is not designed for weight loss it has great benefits for people of all ages and abilities. You will be amazed how seemingly simple movements and poses can do so much for your body!
R.I.P.P.E.D. was created by Terry and Tina Shorter. The R.I.P.P.E.D. program is comprised of: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. R.I.P.P.E.D. is ever changing and progresses through ‘Seasons’ – R.I.P.P.E.D. is currently on Season 29. The 50-minute R.I.P.P.E.D. workout burns anywhere from 750-1000 calories! This nationally acclaimed program pushes you to do things you never thought you could do. Beginners may feel challenged but that lasts briefly because the repetition of movement creates confidence quickly. And then... you are pushed to a higher level. Cycling is a great way for those who don't like to run to build strong shapely legs and "rear" in a short period of time. Cycling interval training is better for you than running and puts less stress on joints and tendons. Want to burn calories and have fun doing it? Terri is a "Morning Person" and cycling with her is a fun and effective way to start your day! Like all the fitness programs here the class is free/included in your membership.
High Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with INTENSITY (interval, plyometrics and cardio) with CONSISTENCY (each song has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors). Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation and results! HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.
This may be one of the best programs ever ( if you ask the participants)! You will use boxing gloves and focus mitts in this waist slimming, strength and endurance building class. The focus mitts are used to catch the hits of the person wearing the boxing gloves. You receive equal time hitting and catching, thus allowing you to have your muscles engaged and your heart rate up for the entirety of the hour. Alisha and Stacy lead a fun and challenging exercise that works your muscles in a unique way that only Boxing Bootcamp can!
