Membership rates are kept low as an incentive to keep this facility open and available to everyone. Membership includes your ability to participate in any or all of the six fitness classes. Paid Family Membership provides the use of childcare while you are exercising. Use of the children's "Jungle Gym" is available during its' scheduled hours. You have free use of all the weights and weight-bearing equipment, exercise machines and this is a clean and, well-maintained facility.
There are two separate buildings connected by a breezeway. The gym is where the aerobic, yoga, and fitness classes are held. It also is where you will find the children's Jungle Gym and the commercial kitchen.
The main building is where the childcare (next to the front desk) is found. The locker rooms have two showers (each), a changing area with new day-use lockers, and of course, the toilets and sinks.

With your paid Family Membership you have access to our child care room. It is monitored and staffed during regular business hours.

During scheduled exercise classes children are not permitted in the Play Area/Jungle Gym. This is our policy to help ensure child safety and to provide class members with an enjoyable and great workout!
